Important deadlines for EMART Energy 2009

Please, be aware that these are final deadlines!

This document has been designed to give you an overview of your involvement in the EMART Energy conference on 18 and 19 November in Barcelona, Spain. It covers all the logistics and the critical dates for planning.

Presentation Details
Please complete the format speaker info and return this as soon as possible. This information is critical, to ensure that all your details and presentations are listed correctly in the event brochure. This information will also be used by the moderator of your session to introduce you to the audience. This information will be included in the conference proceedings available to all delegates at the event. Please return this form as soon as possible. The final deadline is 19 October 2009. Please return this information to Sandra@synergy-events.com

Speaker registration
In order to have your badge available at the registration desk, please complete the online speaker registration, which can be found in the speaker corner on the website. Click here to register

Hotel accommodation
Hotel and travel costs are for own expense. The conference management has negotiated special rates in hotels near the CCIB in Barcelona. You can easily book your hotel accommodation by clicking on the hotel reservation link in our speaker corner or to contact A-travel directly by phone at +31 20 4710 612.

Panel Discussion sessions
You will be introduced to your fellow panel discussion members in the weeks prior to the conference, via email and a conference call. This process should not take more than 20 minutes of your time. Further, the moderator of the panel will contact your directly and discuss what you see as the major issues of the discussion, and gauge some insights of the possible directions of the discussion. This will allow the chairman to flag questions that he was intending to ask and also, understand if there are any specific issues that you wish to explore in the discussion

Draft PowerPoint presentation
This will allow the chairman to flag questions that he was intending to ask and also, understand if there are any specific issues that you wish to explore. The purpose of submitting your draft PowerPoint presentation is to enable the session moderator to prepare his/her session. Please send your draft PowerPoint presentation before 2 November 2009 to sandra@synergy-events.com

Final presentation
In order to prepare for the event, we would like to ask you to please forward your final PowerPoint presentation to the conference manager by 12 November 2009
The PowerPoint file should not exceed 3 MB and should be sent to sandra@synergy-events.com
